As of now, the following applies to:
NOTICE: According to Article V of our Chapter By-Laws all members who were unexcused from today’s chapter meeting HAVE LOST ALL VOTING AND INTRAMURAL PRIVILEGES until you attend three consecutive chapter meetings. You have also lost the privilege of attending the next SOCIAL FUNCTION, regardless of when it is. Contact Brother Klein AND Brother Hellwig to complete two (2) house hours to compensate for your loss of privileges.
Officer Reports:
V.P. of Loss Prevention (Brother Hellwig): It is okay to park at the house but let the guys who live in house park closer. Clean the house on the weekends. New house duty system.
V.P. of Public Relations (Brother Polevoi): We have to motion for the party for RLS. Vote on the Kiss me Im Irish Party. The February 26th bar event social has been cancelled. Family weekend is next weekend. Contact Corey if you want Pancake shirt. Tables 7th and 8th in the Union for pancake dinner. Send name for Kiss me I’m Irish Party.
V.P. of Scholarship (Brother Kulisek): . Sending out fines for study hours. May implement a contract for academic probation. Teacher Evals due today. J-Board Thursday at 5:30 pm. Appeal through Chagis through the University. Meet with ATF buddy.
V.P. of Recruitment (Brother Stroh): Rush Shirts are still available they are going fast. We need new member of the year. We need member of the year. 10 dollars.
V.P. of Correspondence (Brother Egan): For CEP it says each member should be involved in other organization. Write down your other organization. If you are not involved , you can go to OSA, go to Hall Government or something. If you have a leadership position please write it in the adjacent column. If you have done something note-worthy, or want an event, community service on the chapter calendar contact me. I have also added Cultural Events to the calendar. Sober Drivers for Friday 19th are Nick Spinozzi and Raul Lara. February 20th Edwin Rodriguez I know Edwin you can’t drive but it is your responsibility to find a replacement, and Zach Fluhler.
V.P. of Finance (Brother Annable):
A lot of people still owe money so please pay your bills. FAB will be Wednesday at 5. Pay your bill to get your composite.
V.P. of Membership Education (Brother Rosal): Gangs vs. Greeks February 18, 2010 Sandburg Theater hosted by the MGC. Next Wednesday at Currens 203 hosted by 6:30-7:30 Brother Klien. New guys have a meeting today at the Formal. 2 paddles were recovered by Delta Sigma Phi. IFC Conference in St. Louis.

Matt Nelson: Chapter Retreat to be rescheduled. Chapter retreat next semester
Dave Maguire: We need to contact Delta Sigma Phi alumni board. 2 weeks we will be hosting Regional Leadership Summit. House contracts for next year for next semester. 7 days.
Drew Tingley: N/A
LTC Cumbie: Kiss me I’m Irish Party need to. Take advantage of this semester. If you are planning for Spring Break but haven’t paid child please.
Dr. Cody: Academic Pro need to meet with him by Friday.
Old Busines:
New Business: Pledge In for 2 new members. Initiation for Jordan Liles.
